As he continues to level up, his abilities have become worthy of being called a demon lord...
With the ruling change at LV6, it managed to maintain its appearance as a level-up monster, but even so, leveling up the Jet-Black Demon King is a thorny path that is extremely difficult.
Unlike the Enchanted Queen, who was a degraded sacrifice even when she grew up, this one has a pretty good finish of Dark Magician of Chaos with negate effect in terms of combat.
This card alone has the performance to tighten the level up, such as being able to handle her normal Special Summon and operate as 2800 RBI.
That being said, the jet-black demon lord's usability is pretty bad, and in this day and age there's no limit to mixed black...
