The Ojama family is a breaker, a breaker! !
As long as the latter half of the effect doesn't explode, it's backwards compatible with 《Raigeki Break》with a specified cost and target. Even though the original is 《Raigeki Break》, it's pretty tough in terms of card power if it's limited to this point.
And the fact is that there seems to be no scene where the effect of this latter half is decided. If I had to force it, it would probably stick to a card with a search effect of the same name.
It is not a card that is forced to aim or be loaded because the cost and restrictions are strict. If I were to force myself to use it, I'd be wondering if I could somehow win by being able to check my hand...
