The name of the card is really cool, but the effect clearly loses the name...
First, the triggering conditions are too strict. ATK over 2000 or more E HERO fusions need to be destroyed in battle. It will be quite limited at the point of battle destruction of Fusion Monster.
And the benefit you get is nothing but Burn. The burn effect itself can go over 2000, but most of the monsters that attack with his ATK above also have over 2000 ATK, so under these conditions Magic Cylinder is safer even if you're aiming for burn. Fusion Monster also survives.
It can also be activated with a suicide attack, but it's not a fundamental solution because the opponent needs a large one and you need a fusion E-HERO. 《Magic Cylinder》is unlimited and the days are long, so there will be almost no turn.
