Evolution of Aqua Dolphin created by NEX. In addition to being able to deal damage when a handicap is successful, the expected value for a handicap success by itself is slightly increased due to the ability improvement. That said, the basic handicap performance hasn't changed for better or worse, so it's a disadvantage because it takes more time.
It becomes the material for Marine Neos, the only NEX contact fusion. It's a decent contact fusion that won't return to the Deck, but the bottleneck is this card.
The effect that treats him as Aqua Dolphin is essential for NEX, but this effect reduces the total amount of Aqua Dolphin he can have in his deck. Alongside Marin Neos, this card is the biggest motivation to use NEX, but it's also because Tinkle Moth is the only rival.
