First, the Union gimmick is too tightly tied to his Machine and doesn't build much of a relationship with Warrior. As a result, equipping this card is a pain, and building his deck for stable equipment is difficult.
The fact that it doesn't deal with effect destruction will probably be subject to errata when it's reprinted (I'll put aside whether it will be reprinted), but at the moment I have to say it's a big minus.
And when he is a trigger, when he gives battles damage, the card destruction of the benefit obtained is subtly mismatched. Normally, I would like to pay the damage by destroying the card and then deal with the damage...
In general, I don't feel the significance of putting this card in the Warrior Deck. The removal seems to require a lot of groundwork with this card.
