The resurrection effect in the second half has loose conditions and is quite annoying for the opponent.
…However, when resurrected, it is easily handled because of Defense Position, and even if he becomes Attack Position, if there is no Monarch country, he will have an ATK of 2500, which is a strong but unsatisfactory figure, so I am not too particular about this resurrected guy. Is it good? You can change it to a guidera when the time is right.
I can't think of anything but "Burial from a Different Dimension" or something like "Burial from a Different Dimension" that raises the ATK of this guy in his GY.
