Almost a Blue-Eyed dedicated tuner.
"I like the piercing effect, so I put only one in the Blue-Eyed Deck." It's also useful as a level 1 tuner that can be dropped in the mausoleum and revived with redame, but the biggest advantage is that it's a level 1 tuner that can be Special Summoned by Shining Angel's suicide attack. Depending on the situation, you can synchronize with Blue-Eyed or equip it to grant destruction resistance, so it's a good match. It can also be used like an equipment card that can be searched for in One For One, so it's quite a performance just in the sense of increasing one option for how to use One For One.
"It's an effect that turns a vanilla dragon with 3000 ATK into a guidera with resistance to destruction, so it shouldn't be weak." If it falls to GY, 《Monster Reborn》and Livide will effectively turn into piercing cards, so I think it's pretty good that you can increase the function of a resurrection card with just one card.
The Blue-Eyed Deck scored 9 points, but I would say 6 points due to the low versatility of his deck.
