An Ice Barrier monster that, when successfully summoned, designates one monster zone and continues to seal that area as long as it exists on the field. It seems to be strong if you write it as a low-grade version 《Excode Talker》.
It can seal the monster zone, which is important for Link, but its own ability is lackluster, so unless you prepare a lock or support, it will be easily broken through. Spending the summoning right is also a part that is not quite boiled down.
Even so, the value of sealing the monster zone is higher than before, so it won't be as bad as it used to be. The problem is how to keep it in place.
By the way, when the information about the new master rule came out, there was a lot of commotion that it would be possible to control the EX monster zone, but it was limited to the main monster zone and safely exploded.
It's the only WATER Insect of his, but there aren't many scenes where this comes into play.
