A Continuous Trap that seals a set of monsters and has the effect that summoning in a face-down Defense Position must be face-up defense.
Summoning at the front Defense Position, which is familiar in anime, cannot be done without this card in OCG. Compared to Royal Command, which has the same reverse meta, Cycle Reverse can also block the Book of Sealed Moon, but it is inferior in that it cannot block effects other than when reversed.
In addition, since it can also support low ATK permanent effects, it is still a card with interesting moves. However, it's a trap, so it's a pity that it's too late if the aim is to make it a front side defense.
