When the opponent's field has 4 or more cards than his own, he can Special Summon, and is a superlative Ice Barrier with the effect of strongly restricting the opponent's Spell Trap activation.
However, with this Special Summon condition, I want an effect that can overturn the field at once, but the effect of this card is completely useless.
Therefore, it would be better to rely on Gantara or P Summons instead of his own Special Summon conditions. It has a piercing effect especially on his deck that uses multiple of his spell cards if you have the means of Special Summon.
It's an effect that can be used if you don't stick to the Special Summon effect, but even so, it doesn't hit well despite being heavy, and it doesn't mesh subtly with the Archbishop, who is resistant to Ice Barrier.
