A card with errata immediately after its release. Certainly, it would have been a problem if I could have released it myself, but it seems that I didn't pay attention to the limit on the number of times, probably because of the LP cost...
By paying 800LP, it has the effect of releasing a psychic other than this card on the field and Special Summoning a lower psychic from the Deck. The combo with 《Brain Research Lab》is powerful, and you can infinitely grow his GY.
Once the card that was responsible for the rotation of the psychic, he became a key card for both GY manure and tuning personnel when using Telekinetic Power Well. In addition, it is a terrifying infinite spinning card that can be comboed with Priest to easily organize a one-kill class lineup.
Looking at this card and Substitoad, there's definitely a need to put a turn 1 restriction on this kind of reshuffling effect from his deck. It hasn't come back since it became a banned card, but it looks like it will be able to return with a simple errata that limits it to once per turn along with Substitoad.
