The dragon, which I thought would be the strongest mix of dragons and tigers, is a set-exclusive ice Monarch Mobius, which is a very subtle substitute.
In the current situation, set cards are something you want to do something about before summoning, and his Spell Trap removal for summoning triggers is not highly rated. Furthermore, the release is limited to his Dragon, and the ability is not much different, so there is no point that surpasses Mobius other than race support.
For the time being, if you combine it with 《Totem Dragon》, you can imitate Yomi Monarch, but if you use Mingay, I'd like to put out a more powerful card.
