It can be summoned by fusing Sparkman and Flame Wingman, but since it mostly uses material substitution, it is Shining Marshman who called it. Please remember Flame Wingman once in a while.
It has the effect of increasing ATK according to the number of E-HEROs in his GY, and the direct fire effect inherited from Flame Wingman.
