A monster with an optional time effect that can be equipped as an equipment card that reduces the ATK of one monster by 500 when sent to GY.
One of the culprits who made the world known to the world about one of the most difficult rules in Yu-Gi-Oh, "missing the timing". The combo with 《Woodland Sprite》has a burn effect on the Leaf Fairy side, so he misses the timing right after this card is sent to his GY. Even now, unless you are an advanced player and familiar with the history of Yu-Gi-Oh, this ruling cannot be explained well.
The effect itself is subtle, but the looseness of the activation trigger is attractive. It's perfect for the hand cost, and you can use the effect even if you directly send GY with 《Armageddon Knight》.
As an Archfiend card that can be stubbornly present in play, it's also perfect for pulling the Corruption trigger. If you remember the arcane rulings and make use of them, it's still a card that can't be used.
