It has a simple effect that allows you to Special Summon high-level Normal Monsters from your hand.
Decks that use high-level Normal Monsters such as Blue-Eyed and Neos can consider using it.
However, this card and the summoned monster must be aligned in the hand, and it is a little perishable.
Sending it to his GY with Prismer or Doomsday and catching it with Libide or Emeral is less likely to spoil.
If you only put it in to deal with monsters in your hand, Blast and Sunbree are more versatile.
It's not weak, but it's more stable with other cards.
