When summoned or Flip Summoned, select 1 opponent's monster, and as long as this card is on the field, it has the effect of blocking that monster's attack.
Although it is this level and ability, it is quite painful that it does not correspond to Special Summon. Something a little easier to use if you can pull it out of the recruiter.
Even if you block an attack, it's meaningless if it's removed by an effect or another card's attack, and you'll have a hard time defending this card. I wonder if it's a convenience to lose the name.
