Strong negate effects have already been proven by Veiler, which has the highest adoption rate in the current environment, and the Holy Grail, which is an excellent spell card.
The first effect isn't too different from Veiler or the Grail, but it's naturally superior.
However, the second effect is the main one. You can use it on your own turn, which cannot be dealt with by Veiler, and unlike the Holy Grail, it doesn't raise his ATK, so you won't be able to destroy it in battle.
