A Continuous Spell that removes the limit on the number of cards in your hand, meaning that even if you have 7 or more cards in your hand during the End Phase, you will not be able to adjust your hand. This removal of restrictions will come to life only when there is a way to utilize a large amount of draws and a large amount of hand-adds.
However, since the means of drawing is quite limited, it is rare to accumulate more than 7 cards in your hand, and a large draw deck that makes it possible has little need to use this card. I don't really see the advantage of having a large hand with one card...
