Originally, the effect of (2) was designed to reuse the used Runick Spell on the next turn, but as expected, it interfered with the opponent and used powerful but unsearchable Continuous Trap cards such as Skill Drain. It has been used to forcibly withdraw.
This card itself has no particular restrictions, and the Runick Spell only has a restriction of "skipping the battle phase once", so it can be combined with other themes such as Spright and Naturia, and it can still be used in many semi-restricted MDs. Deck of Runick + α is considered.
Well, even if the number of his Runick Spells, which is a hindrance and a draw, is reduced, I don't think that this card will be allowed forever in MD, which has an early advantage in single battles.
