Xyz's bindings are pretty tight. Even his original Cyber style can't be put out unless the dragon and hertz are lined up, so it's quite a pain. As a result, he was often summoned illegally from Tellarknight Ptolemaeus.
If you remove it, your hit points will go up. It would be fine if I arbitrarily excluded Fear and Nextear as bullets, but after excluding the problem. It's not like Cyber-style exclusion gimmicks like 《Cyber Dragon Drei》and 《Cyberload Fusion》don't exist, but since the all-important Saidra effect is only for Field GY, exclusion is rather inconvenient. In the first place, even with such a heavy summoning condition, 4200 RBI by requesting one more monster... Mr. Lightning flickers.
The resurrection effect is simple and powerful. However, even if you do a Special Summon, the effect will only activate about Nexteer, so the prospects are thin. It's slightly incompatible with the exclusion gimmick mentioned above. Since Nova is not treated as a Sidera in the finish, it's also annoying that it can't be counted with 《Power Bond》.
Overall, it's not bad at all, but it doesn't match the weight of the summoning conditions, so it's subtle. It is stronger to quickly set it to Infinity regardless of the effect.
