A useful card in that it can be brought in by the NS Trigger Effect of Ninja Grandmaster Hanzo and directly connected to his Special Summon of the corresponding 3 race monsters of level 7 or lower.
Other effects specify that he's invaluable for off-theme monsters that aren't easy to Special Summon from the deck.
Historically, it was mainly used as a card to Special Summon level 7 monsters such as 《Dark Simorgh》and 《Mist Valley Apex Avian》, but it can be said that it is a sufficiently valuable effect for monsters of level 4 and below.
Also, Yae-san in the illustration on this card is really nice, including the enchanting Delta Zone.
