Control Seizure is a very high quality of interference, so I personally feel that it has potential among the new cards added this time.
Even in its current state, it's an excellent monster that can be easily used when you want to send Altergeist Hexstia to his GY, as well as use it for Altergeist Manifestation etc.
Also, since he changes his name to Altergeist, he can bounce the opponent's monsters he doesn't want to send to GY at the cost of Altergeist Silquitous, or at the cost of Altergeist Hexstia.
