From a very positive point of view, you can think of it as "activating 2 《Ookazi》s that let the opponent use the negate effect once and then put out the fire a little bit".
His current Spell Trap, especially category-affiliated cards, can be excluded to trigger additional effects, resets, and can be salvaged by the effects of other cards, making it much easier to reuse than before.
