If "War Rock" destroys an opponent's monster by battle, you can draw 1 card, and since there is no turn limit, it works well with War Rock Meteoragon's continuous attack ability, so it is a card with many opportunities to play an active role.
In the early days of War Rock, only War Rock Fortia could search for this card, and by the time this card could be activated, the battle was over. It is easy to use because you can bring it with you.
Since it can be drawn during the Battle Phase, the timing is late, but Quick-Play Spells can be activated even during the Battle Phase, so if you use this card, it's a good idea to have a lot of them.
《Forbidden Droplet》is especially compatible with the War Rock Deck, with the effect of 《Top Share》placing Forbidden Droplet on top of the Deck, drawing in the draw at the time of battle destruction, then activating Odeel on the field as a cost to eliminate the effects of the opponent's monsters. It can break through the board with a combo of negate & ATK halved, so it's a card that can play an active role in a critical situation.
However, it doesn't work well with 《Pot of Extravagance》, which is an excellent draw source for War Rock that doesn't use an EX Deck, so you need to keep that in mind.
