A type of torture machine used as a set with the Viser Des used by Malik in the original Battle City arc.
But after all, the race is Fiend, not Machine, and the card name "XX Genie" is not given here.
The effect is forcibly triggered by any summoning act, and it has a moderately powerful effect that bounces all set cards of each other, but it is quite difficult to use because it is a high-class monster and has low status.
Even if you summon it in some way without releasing it, it will have an effect, but it would be more realistic to take advantage of its low stats and special summon it in some way to trigger the effect.
