I will drop the evaluation.
I don't think there's much room for this card in the current Nephthys Deck.
First, it is less effective.
Selecting and destroying it is great, but it can only destroy monsters with activation effects and has no role at all.
Even if you use the effect on the second attack, you can only destroy 2 to 3 monsters at most, including yourself, and if you destroy it, the defense on the return turn will be weak.
And heavy.
It's not something like Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys that can be used by destroying it while it's deployed, and it's too heavy to use in a ritual summon, so I think you'll have to use Conductor of Nephthys if you want to use it.
With 《Conductor of Nephthys》, you can deploy a large number of cards that can even get a Link 5, so there is no need to go out of your way to use this heavy card.
