Watt's EX monster was treated as one of the most disappointing cards among theme EX monsters because it didn't have a deterrent effect.
The direct attack effect + the handicap effect that locks the top of his deck triggered by the battles damage from the direct attack is pretty strong on its own, but the rest of it was just too disproportionate.
However, with the introduction of 《Wattuna》and 《Wattkyuki》, it has definitely become a useful card as a goal point monster for that direct attack rush.
