This is the second card in the series following Prime Material Dragon, which was also first released overseas, but perhaps because this card was so successful, I never saw a "Material" series monster again.
When the information about this card came out overseas, I thought that "Material" monsters, like the "Element" series, with various races and different ranges, would appear until at least 6 attributes were available... .
The reason for its weakness is the effect that destroys the Spell Trap card on the field + the amazing narrow response range that only monster effects can be caught. There was no way it would be used if it was a high-level monster that didn't have other abilities such as its own SS ability.
It's nice to have this card that protects Spell Trap cards from destroying effects against dragons that protect themselves and other monsters from destroying effects, but it's a complete mystery as to why the types of effects that can be caught are decreasing. It's even more mysterious that other parts are weakened or missing, and although it has the same specifications as over there, the highlight is that you can continue to counter as long as you have cards in your hand within one turn.
Well, this "Material" series can't be helped anymore, so if it's the same overseas origin, let's do something about "Materialactor".
