His Continuous Spell from the 3rd term, which deters attacks in a different way than the permanent attack deterrence cards that appeared in the 2nd term, 《Messenger of Peace》and 《Gravity Bind》.
The effect was that all monsters of level 4 or higher would become defense positions and would not be able to participate in attacks, and it boasted a tremendous influence in the environment at the time.
Currently, two types of EX monsters without levels have appeared, so their reliability as a deterrent against attacks is extremely low.
Even if you can summon NS monsters practically in the front Defense Position, or use them with monsters whose effects are triggered by changing the battle position, this card does not have a special search effect, and the battle position does not work. There aren't many monsters with change trigger abilities, and yet it doesn't have much of a deterrent, so it's hard to find a reason to use this card.
