He is a Special Summon monster that looks just like the bramagi that appeared in the Yu-Gi-Oh anime theatrical version.
The summoning condition of sacrificing two Spellcasters of level 6 or higher is not that difficult with the current card pool, and his ATK is over 3000, but his biggest selling point is his Trap. The ability to seal is now not good enough.
In the old text, it looks like a permanent effect that can negate and destroy even Counter Trap if it exists face-up when the effect of the Trap card is processed. Since it is an immediate effect that cannot be triggered, it cannot catch things that already exist face-up, the activation of the effect of GY's Trap card, and Counter Trap with spell speed 3, and yet it exists face-up on the field when the effect is processed. Since it cannot be applied without it, the scope of support is considerably limited.
It was excellent at no cost and could be activated an unlimited number of times, and since it could be activated arbitrarily, it was convenient at the time as a point of differentiation from Shocker that it would not destroy your own Trap card.
