In the past, I could only think of reviving high-level monsters with 《Monster Reborn》or 《Call of the Haunted》, but now that GY is the norm for him, it's worth having one in any of his decks. I think it's a card that can be said.
You can only send one to GY, but you can choose it yourself, so I think it's good that you can drop it with pinpoint accuracy.
It has a wide range of uses, such as activating GY effects, compressing Decks, and accumulating cards in GY, so it's probably still limited.
Just like Painful Choice from the name of the card, I used to feel that sending his deck to his GY was more of a disadvantage, but GY was the second hand. Since it has become, the times have caught up.
