His Synchro Monster finally appeared in "Salamangreat" with Link, Ritual, Fusion and Xyz Monster.
I guess the design is to connect with Reincarnation Synchro with the 1st effect and resurrect a monster during the opponent's turn with the 2nd effect.
Since "Salamangreat" doesn't have any monsters that would make sense to revive during your opponent's turn, you'd want to revive a non-theme monster with a suppression effect like Barrier Statue of the Inferno.
However, "Salamangreat" does not have an effect to send off-theme monsters to her GY, so I want to use off-theme card effects to fertilize her GY. However, due to the limitation of the ① effect, it hurts that he can't rely on a general-purpose card with a GY fertilization effect. It would be tough to allocate 2 slots to Katsu Katsu's EX.
Overall, I don't think the effect itself is bad, but it's a piece that doesn't mesh well within the theme.
If I went to great lengths to increase the number of summoning methods I could use, I wanted it to be an ace-class card instead of a relay card.
