Tearlaments elves, Tri-Brigade blitz elves, and in Master Duel, Gotis thunder elves. In other words, he's a level 2 monster, so he's a great monster that can be used in most decks.
Furthermore, for some reason, you can add target resistance to the link destination like "Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty", so if you send it to the link destination of this monster, you won't be afraid of "Infinite Impermanence".
It can be said that his (she?) card life, which ran through the less than a year before it was banned at a lightning speed, was enough to be passed on to future generations. Once the ban has been lifted, it is unlikely that it will be lifted for a while unless there is a good reason...
By the way, due to the time of implementation and the timing of regulations, it was a rare example where it was prohibited in OCG (and TCG) but unlimited in Master Duel. Basically, a strong theme card is often the core of that theme. Even more so if it came at the time of its first appearance, Spright should have been designed on the premise that this card existed. So banning this card is pretty tough. I want you to live long in the Master Duel.
