At first glance, the hand consumption is rough, so it's good at the end, right? However, it has a different role that can be differentiated by self-SS over there.
Infernity is useful as a card that leads to handless by reversing the roughness of the hand consumption. It also works very well with 《Elemental HERO Stratos》and 《Elemental HERO Shadow Mist》, allowing you to search for Diabolic Guy and use Graffer's own SS. You can't step on Dark World's trigger, but you can cut rotten grapha in your hand and drop grapha from his deck, so it's a great matchup.
That said, it's certainly harder to use than the end due to the hand cost and the presence of Urara. Despite this, he was highly evaluated for the versatility of his GY fertilizer of DARK, and the fact that he did not use summoning rights, so this card was not exempt from regulation.
