Since it's a Quick-Play Spell, it's very powerful because it can be activated with Flice on each other's turn. Not only does it interfere with the opponent's development during the main phase, but if you can make it explode during the opponent's end phase, the disadvantages of attack restrictions are completely irrelevant. Of course, the chances of the tokens that come up surviving are also very high, so that's already a good feeling.
Since it is necessary to explode one or more "Blaze Cannon" cards when the effect resolves, be careful not to detonate if there are no "Blaze Cannon" cards on your field due to the card that activates the chain.
Volcanic is a theme-independent card that doesn't have a name, so it's difficult to bring it when you want it. It's a pity that it didn't seem to have the desired effect.
That said, at the time I myself was using this card against my opponent and it was a pretty painful experience. I think it's worth it, and it's a card I like, so I'll give it this score.
