"Frost and Flame Dragon" Rating Score by ルーナエ

One of the Special Summon monsters that appeared in Season 5, excluding a total of 3 monsters with 2 specific attributes and a total of 1 and 2 being Special Summoned. I used this monster as a model for the contest work this time, so I will evaluate it!
The card name starts with "Frost", and as you can see from its own attributes and the number of removal costs, it seems that WATER is taking the initiative.
As for its ability, this card clearly conveys the feeling that it is an adjusted version of the "Chaos" monster that rampaged in the 3rd term, both in status and effect...
The quality of the stats and effects for the exclusion cost is quite low compared to them, and the cost is 2 WATER and 1 FIRE. It's not easy to prepare.
Even so, you can put it on the field just by excluding GY cards, and because of its effect of removing 1 monster before it is used as material for Special Summon, although it is underpowered, it does a certain job. I think it's a card that's not bad! There was also his Deck that was actually active.
As a material for Special Summon, I feel that L material is a little wasteful, so I would like to use it for S material or X material that can make use of my level 6.
And above all, the card design concept, including this illustration, card name, and summoning conditions! Loved this more than anything!
On the other hand, I don't really have much affection for Desert Twister, the Kaze/EARTH version of this...
