A Normal Spell that teaches a monster a technique called the secret of stealing that requires the opponent to forcibly eliminate it.
If you can get this effect, you can train any monster without saying it's a normal monster, so you want to activate it against monsters with direct attacks, continuous attacks, and group attacks.
It's definitely a strength to be able to grant abilities with a Normal Spell that can't be erased after the effect is applied, but it's in balance with the strength of the Equip Spell, which is excellent in handling instead of the risk of being destroyed. After all, this effect would have to be said that Equip Spell was more lasting and appreciated.
By the way, although it's an effect that can't be erased, the handicap effect is an "activated effect" that creates a solid chain block after damage calculation.
