Both effects require the presence of Visas in your field, and since it is a trap card, it takes a long time to activate, and neither of the two effects are very strong.
The effect of granting battle destruction resistance to all of your monsters on turn 1 in the first half is not bad in itself, but it can also interfere with the destruction trigger effects of related monsters, supporting a certain group of cards. It's very unsatisfying for a card to clash with the nature of that group of cards.
In the latter half of the effect, despite the fact that it is a Continuous Trap that can be opened with Flice on each other's turn, it is written that it is unbelievable that it can only be effective during your own end phase. Even if it leads to the recovery of Deck resources, I don't think it's the quality of a card that can only be used when a specific monster is in play unless the additional effect can be applied.
If the effect in the first half was a little stronger, it might still be acceptable, but today's turn 1 battle destruction resistance, right?
It's nice that both effects can be applied regardless of the card name, race, or type of monster, but this feels a bit strange.
This card was included in the regular pack at the beginning of the 12th term = April, but there is a card that feels like a victim of the cards released during the deflationary period when Tiara and Kusha were too rampant the previous year. There seems to be a lot more to see in this pack.
In last April's pack, he happily launched Spright, Tearlaments, Circular, and Marfa, but in the end, I wonder if there will be a disparity in the timing of their appearance.
