New Link-4 monsters from Altergeist!
Unlike Altergeist Memorygant, which is the same Link 4 but used to defeat the opponent, it is a Link 4 monster with a type effect that can be used when going first.
The effect that steals control is a one-time effect as long as it exists face-up, and since it's a Link Monster, it can't be reset by putting it in a set state, but Altergeist has 《Altergeist Marionetter》, 《Altergeist Manifestation》, and 《Red Dragon Archfiend01 》, so 1 I don't think it's difficult to use the effect again once you've Link Summoned!
However, as Mimetto-sama said, 《Maxx "C"》is heavy for routes where this card goes first.
Altergeist was aware that "Called by the Grave" is a deck that cannot be entered from the main deck, but it seems that this is not the case when adopting a deployment route with new cards.
