The turn skip and effect have an impact, but the strength of the opponent's dependence stands out even from the activation conditions.
I think it is possible to delay the attack, but it is easy to be influenced by the situation of the opponent whether it can affect the development.
As already said, Threatening Roar and reconciliation are easier to handle if it's just to surpass the attacker.
At the very least, I would like to use it together with a card that is strong against destruction like Stada. Since it's a Quick-Play Spell, it can be used on your own turn, and it may not be possible to use it against Nibiru.
I think it's a difficult piece to handle.
