Discarding your hand is a Continuous Trap card that doesn't care about cost or effect, and there's no limit to the number of times you can discard it in one turn, so if you get hooked, your opponent's hand will be 0 in no time.
However, the conditions for opening this card are very troublesome, and it cannot be activated if it is Chain 1 and the hand is discarded by a card effect, and even if it is Chain 1, it can be activated by discarding the hand due to the cost or by a damage step. It cannot be opened, and if another effect is processed after discarding the hand, it cannot be opened because it misses the timing.
The circumstances around here are similar to "Appropriate" recorded in the same pack, but needless to say, the difficulty of opening this one is much higher.
Even if it's not a Deck or GY, it can be a big monster if you can put this card directly from your hand to the field, but if you do that, other permanent meta traps will become even more monsters. Because there is a high possibility that it will become, it seems difficult to expect from that route.
