Comprehensive evaluation: Useful in terms of Runick that can be moved from the extra monster zone.
Unlike his other Runicks, it can't increase destruction resistance, but it's useful to be able to use the common effect of the Runick Quick-Play Spell without spoiling it, as it can open his deck extra.
Since it can't be used in the opponent's main phase, it can't interfere with its deployment by excluding link materials, but it's a wall while securing a slot for his other Runick Fusion Monsters.
If you look closely, the effect of issuing a Runick token is also triggered by "normal draw", so after returning to the end phase, issue a token as it is on the opponent's turn to reduce battles damage.
I don't think I'll do it often, but can I use it as a fusion material for another of his Runick Fusion Monsters?
In addition, level 9, token status, and generation trigger remind me of Generaider Boss Stage.
It's possible to meet the conditions for activating World Legacy Monstrosity, but what happened to level 9 being mixed with Runick?
