At first glance, it's a slow card that can be Ritual Summoned while reducing Ritual Summon release by playing tokens.
However, what should be noted is the “recipe” card that can actively activate the second effect of “Nouvelles” Ritual Monsters.
Especially for level 1 and 2 "Nouvelles", it's difficult to use effects that depend on the other party, so effects that target themselves are almost essential, and since it's a search method such as fish dishes, it's almost essential if it's a pure construction.
I don't think there are many scenes where you can use the effect of summoning a ritual during the opponent's turn, but is it a concern that only this card must have exactly the same level?
Including the fact that it's a slow Trap, honestly I think it's a little weak in terms of card power, but it's a type of card that's convenient to have, including the fact that it has a lot of search and salvage methods.
