A name without any twist that elementary school students thought of in 3 seconds, self-SS ability that is not so good by modern standards, and the weight of requiring a spell card in the hand for the cost of activating the removal effect. However, the ability to take the entire opponent's back while deploying without using the summoning right is too good for a Tsukubai, which is an additional material for Special Summon, and the effect is a large storm, You can also use it to self-destruct your own Spell Trap cards.
Personally, I don't like it very much because there are various things to worry about as mentioned above, but considering that SS by other methods can also be effective, I think it's okay to give this level of evaluation at least.
