Finally, the cosmic and the quasar are united, and the name and illustration are both cool.
However, frankly speaking, the key performance is disappointing, the effect of 1 seems to be strong at first glance if you write it as negating multiple cards that cannot be chained, but it is just a starting effect, and you want to negate it with this effect. If you have a card, there is a high possibility that you haven't played this card in the first place.
The effect of 2 can be replaced with Cosmic or Quasar in the free chain, but the effect of 1 is subtle, so it's a good idea to use them directly from the beginning, and since there is no single 1 limit, I think it's designed to be used with Assault's GY effect. It's impossible because it's limited to S summons.
Above all, his Deck that puts out Cosmic and Quasar has a tight EX frame, and there is no room for this card.
