"Ultimate Bright Knight Ursatron Alpha" Rating Score by 赤いのと青いの

The new 《Ursarctic》is finally here. It has an excellent self-expanding effect (compared to Ursarctic), and a super-strong effect (compared to Ursarctic) such as Spell Trap search. It belongs to "Drytron", but I don't think it's used there other than as a concept deck.
A 《Ursarctic》monster that can be put on the field without requiring the first cost. At that point, it's reasonably good, but in addition to being able to search for 《Ursarctic Radiation》, it's a great card that blows bubbles and knocks down 《Ursarctic Mikbilis》. It is also the first card that can make full use of 《Ursarctic Departure》two-card search. Even though you start with 3 cards, you can get back at least 2 draws, so it's not bad.
However, there is also a problem, due to the level, even if you search for this card from Ursarctic Mikpolar that can search for this card and put it on the field, you can not get a 《Ursarctic》S. Due to the restriction of 《Ursarctic Mikpolar》, it can't be ranked 7 or linked, so it's a high hurdle to effectively use this card once it's on the field. Is it safe to adopt a level 3 tuner and put out 《Baronne de Fleur》?
Along with 《Ursarctic Radiation》, it is a card that is tilted towards the upside, but if it is a close to pure build, I think it would be fine to include 3 copies.
