A card that exists only to be moved by the effect of a support card.
In short, it's a "good-looking cost-only card", and it's kind of like Red-Eyes Black Dragon, which doesn't have as many types of support cards (although the quality is slightly higher than that one).
Odd-Eyes You can get name support and a little name support, and around Odd-Eyes Wizard Dragon isn't bad except that this card is named and its effects are passive. No, being too passive is a problem. Looking at it this way, I began to feel that it was clearly stronger than Red-Eyes Black Dragon, which is close to it.
The effect that can be activated by putting it on the field is by no means terrible, but it's not something you'd want to adopt for the sake of it, and it can't be said to be strong even in flattery.
Even so, it's pre-evolution, so it's like... the top and bottom of the form is badly balanced, and the area around the head is really poor.
