There is a trace of adjustment as deterioration of 《Change of Heart》and 《Brain Control》. At first, they didn't even look at it because they couldn't do anything if they took control, but after it became available as a Synchro material, it jumped out into the environment. After that, the introduction of Xyz Link, the banning and errata of Brain Control, and the effects were reviewed in terms of being able to be used normally, and it steadily gained its ability.
It is still one of the most popular cards as an answer to oppression. It opens the water to Sambol in that it can steal the suppression of resistant dragons such as the future dragon king and the super thunder dragon. Also, since the effects of the stolen monsters can be used normally, it is possible to reverse use the suppressed monsters to further neutralize hand triggers and suppressions.
By the way, although the upwardly compatible 《Change of Heart》has recently been revived, 《Mind Control》is superior in that it does not suffer from 《Nibiru, the Primal Being》because of the restriction that it cannot be released.
