His Spellcaster monster is based on the motif of a large bell that is a symbol of peace, also called a "carillon" found in the towers of Western churches and cathedrals.
It has a relatively high defensive power equivalent to Wall of Illusion, and the effect of always revealing each other's hand while you are face-up on the field is applied.
The sound of the bell that opens the duelist's heart, the hand, can be used to reveal a specific card from Koa'ki Meiru to remove its ability to keep itself on the field, but a lower Koa' that requires a maintenance cost. Most of ki Meiru's ATK is 1900 or higher, and this monster with 1850 DEF cannot handle it, so it is difficult to use it as a meta.
It's an effect that can be used for some kind of combo, but I think it's stressful for both sides to always reveal their hands, so I don't think we'll see cards like this in the future unless they're regular packs of no-rares. hey.
