His Spellcaster monster with abilities like the Warrior version of the Lord of Dragons, with a permanent effect that protects allied monsters of different races from opponent's effects.
His ATK is higher than the Lord of Dragons, but it's of little use as the target resistance he gives is only due to the effects of his spells, which are the least in demand.
